Arabic Alphabet App Reviews

As a beginner this app is confusing to me. It seems to simply show letters & words that begin with those letters. But what about the other 2 forms of each letter (for if its in the middle or the end of the word, & which ones connect to the following letter & which ones dont?). There is definitely material to be learned here but without additional resources I seriously doubt that anybody could become proficient with Arabic script using this app alone.

Very nice program but I found a bug, after I installed the two additional updates the sound stopped working I tried uninstalling the app and reinstalling it, the voice still didnt work and its asking me to re-buy the additional packages I already paid for. I hope there will be an update to fix this problem thanks.

I find this app handy for practice and review, although Id like to have all 3 forms of each letter. For quick review, its great!

Its good for beginners to just get a grasp of basic sounds but you will not learn the how to read and write Arabic.

I downloaded the app to bassically help me out with my writting but this is really for beginers mostly kids... i mean how often do u say apple ? Lol good app tho!

This is by far the best of the free Arabic alphabet tutors at the App Store. That said, it could quite easily include more, helpful content in the free version

Great app for any age group wanting to learn Arabic. Would be great if the English translation to the diagrams are included so to have a better understanding for new learners.

Within just a few days I have learnt the entire Arabic alphabet. This is amazing. I can now read Arabic, and I am looking forward to moving on to their next app so that I know what Im actually saying!! (:

Ive been looking for something like this for a long time and I love this app. Its more interactive than flash cards and very effective. My only criticism is that without a digital transcription of the letter along with the Arabic (eg ghayn or alef) it can be difficult to learn the word from the audio alone, which is in a different accent than Im used to for some letters.

The pronunciation is clear and the testing options are really great! Beating my high score has helped me improve on my speed recognition.
